PLEASE!It is very annoying to have to write a journal like this, but I need to do it.
When a client asks me for a cover, book or ebook, is because they want to see a small scene of their novel as a cover. This is not a game where I do my serious work and you play copying a concept that is not mine, but from my client, the author.
Twice I saw my covers have their concept plagiarized, and it's not nice for you, for me and my client. I am seriously believing that I can not share my commissioned works here in Deviantart.
I had never published "premades covers" before, but when I decided to do it (only once and will be the last), I also had the surprise of, days later, see the same idea being reproduced.
I always let pass those who do this with my personal artwork, I ignore or 'pretend not to see'. But do this with my commercial work is the greatest of all lack of respect for my work and my clients.
Put yourself in my place, and think about this.

Synopsys:

Sierra Renee Jackson lives in South Beach, Florida, the land of sunshine, beautiful beaches and plenty of sunshine. She has already accomplished what many will never do, she has written several moderately successful fictional novels by the age of twenty five! Sierra understands that her notoriety and success may be fleeting; if she fails to write something of note, she may have to turn to a different vocation to support her South Beach lifestyle. Sierra's concerns about finding a topic of interest that she might develop into a story are possibly answered when an old high school friend calls and tells her of a possible witch sighting out in a very rural area of the panhandle of Florida, near Perry, Florida. And, her friend's young teen daughter happens to be living out there in the country, close by the witch's house, with her auntie and her father, and her brand new baby, Brenna. It just so happens that they live just up the road from the witch and Sierra considers that this tip could be a possible topic that she could develop into her next novel!

The Trap is a story of many twists and turns, about evil-doers, witchcraft, and the dark spirit forces.. For her future, Sierra Jackson's quest to find another storyline actually becomes, in essence, her life; and her life is turned upside down as she finds she is desperately caught up in her own personal trap with the witch who lives near Perry, and increasingly, with Emily, who accepts the dark spirit forces and the evil of the world. Sierra feels her life is unraveling and she cannot seem to escape her trap and find some semblance of equilibrium, to return to some sense of normalcy instead of all the constant disruptions brought on by her search for a new storyline.
