MySpace (and FB) deleted my works from his gallery!

Since yesterday I'm dealing with this DJ who has used deviants works as cover for his compilation of songs and made available on some sites like Facebook and MySpace.
Some of you received notes about it, I also reported the user in FB and MySpace.
The result was quick on Facebook with my 3 pieces and some of the other deviants, FB removed the reported arts but each one of us that still have art in his album must report to inhibit this type of action.

www.facebook.com/help/contact/… After that I filled this form and sent to FB not take long for my arts were deleted from his album.But the biggest problem has been on MySpace, I reported and they did nothing about it, yet.
